The fire extinguishers in my office needed to be serviced so I called around for quotes and found F&M. I called their office around 9am, got a call back around 10, and had a tech at my office by noon! I was extremely pleased by how they went above and beyond to help me. The tech that serviced our extinguishers also checked our emergency lights and a few other things that would be checked by the fire marshal. We will be using F&M for our annual fire extinguisher servicing in the future!

The folks at F & M evaluated the 2 fire extinguishers I brought in, told me they were fine and showed me how to check them, showed me how to use them, replaced one broken strap, and did not charge me anything. Thanks, neighbors! If I needed their commercial services I would definitely use them. If you need to go to their location and you do not live here, call them to get directions, it is not so easy even with the Google.

So, silly me I never knew that you had to get fire extinguishers serviced. Well, when I called up F & M they were very helpful and knowledgeable. I was told how the process worked based on when I purchased my fire extinguishers and how often they would need to be serviced.

The location is a little tricky to find, but when I called they helped to guide me directly to the front and even met me in the parking lot to assist me with my fire extinguishers (one is a K class that is heavy and huge).

I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I also was added to the reminder list so now they will email me every time I need to bring them back in for servicing. They also helped me BACK to my car with the heavy fire extinguishers.

We took our 17 HP steel scuba tanks to F & M for hydros and vips this week after waiting over 6 weeks for a dive shop to do it, but they never touched our tanks the entire time. F & M was extremely knowledgeable in the type of tanks we had, including 2 that needed a special test. Stephanie and the guys took great care in helping to unload, load and write up everything. F&M's customer service was top notch! We were very pleasantly surprised when they said they would be ready for pick up the next day. Wow! All around they made getting this done seamless. We will definitely be bringing our tanks back when it is time to hydro/vip again. Btw, they also offer pick up and drop off services, if you need it.
